CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 3:10 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 110 Morning Glory Court after the caller’s credit card information was used to make unauthorized purchases.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one seizure and one diabetic case.

— At 6:22 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 36 Lincoln St. It was out when firefighters arrived.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Cody Ray Akers, 19, was charged Monday with alcohol intoxication, first-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.

— Larry Wayne Christopher, 44, was charged Monday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and failure to appear.

— Sandra Gail Risner, 37, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:06 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Washington and Second streets concerning an assault.

— At 5:30  p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1 Cherry St. for a trespassing complaint.

— At 6:30 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a public intoxication complaint.

— At 9:09 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a breaking and entering complaint. Andre Jett was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:40 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 340 S. Burns Ave. for an animal complaint.

— At 10:12 p.m. Saturday, officers wer called to 110 Nelson Ave. concerning an assault. Janet Louise Reed was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

— At 11:31 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 201 N. Main St. concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 11:46 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 121 Crawford Ave. concerning a theft of a check.

— At 2:58 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1028 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of two firearms.

— At 5:54 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a counterfeit $50 bill.

— At 5:57 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 715 Crockett Court concerning the theft of jewelry.

— At 8:11 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 437 Wellington Way after a dirt bike was stolen.

— At 2:54 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning someone using the caller’s identity to post threats online.

— At 8:50 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a forged check.

— At 4:10 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a false check for $500.

— At 5:52 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 140 Strode Station Circle concerning a stolen purse.

— At 8:29 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 114 Olde Potomac Ave. after someone broke into a residence and took a television and tools.

— At 9:51 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a person causing problems.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:13 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Kiddville Road.
