CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Zachary Mackie, 31, of Hughes Avenue, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Daniel Mullins, 42, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 12:20 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 1185 Clintonville Road concerning an assault.

— At 12:30 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to Best Value Inn, 5100 Revilo Road, concerning an assault.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 38 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke, three seizures and one obstetric call.

— At 10:54 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1569 Bypass Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:48 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 11 Hughes Ave. for a grease fire.

— At 12:22 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.

— At 5:27 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bullion Boulevard and Redwing Drive.

— At 7:45 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:44 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a gas leak at 114 Village Court.

— At 2:39 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington and Hud roads.

— At 6 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at Burns and Euclid avenues.

— At 7:32 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 30 Beckner St. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 66 S. Main St.

— At 12:15 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 255 S. Highland St. It was a false alarm.

Charged

— Kathryn E. Ahlers, 28, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, endangering the welfare of a minor, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Teddy M. Blankenship, 35, was charged Saturday with endangering the welfare of a minor and public intoxication.

— Jacob A. Bowman, 31, was charged Friday with criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by unlawful taking.

— Johnny W. Christopher, 45, was charged Sunday with endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.

— Jacob Tyler Combs, 24, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and failure to render aid.

— Duane Allen Holder, 33, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

— Shannon M. jones, 47, was charged Friday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

— Thomas Lee Kagin, 38, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.

— Krystal Shantel Marten, 27, was charged Sunday with receiving stolen property and theft of motor vehicle registration plate.

— Melissa Rae Means, 32, was charged Friday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Carrie C. Rennie, 24, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— Phillip Dwayne Sands, 47, was charged Friday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Sean M. Segler, 52, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, public intoxication, trafficking in marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Susan D. Showalter, no age given, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Sandra Diane Thomas, 50, was charged Friday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

— Stanley Watkins, 37, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from another state.

— At 9:13 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning two women stealing things. Shannon M. Jones and Sandra Diane Thomas were arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:58 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft. Susan D. Showalter was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:24 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road concerning a stolen welder.

— At 12:41 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 318 Maryland Ave. after tires were slashed on a vehicle during the night.

— At 2:08 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 4:22 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 102 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen charm which was located in a pawn shop.

— At 7:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of boots. Jacob A. Bowman, Duane Allen Holder and Thomas Lee KAgin were arrested on multiple charges.

— At 1:42 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. for a possible kidnapping.

— At 7:02 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a woman trying to hit the caller with her vehicle.

— At 11:14 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 2 S. Burns Ave. concerning an assault.

— At 3:14 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen phone.

— At 3:59 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 297 S. Main St. for a vandalism complaint.

— At 7:27 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 7:42 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 194 Wabash Ave. concerning an assault.

— At 12:12 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 132 Lana Lane concerning an assault.

— At 12:52 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 228 E. Broadway St. concerning a person causing problems.  Johnny Christopher was arrested on multiple charges.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:34 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Sewell Shop Road.

— At 6:15 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 420 Old Ruckerville Road for smoke in a residence.

— At 9:34 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.

— At 9:53 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 3166 Colby Road for a controlled burn.

— At 2:11 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 2689 Pretty Run Road for a brush fire.

— At 2:40 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington and Hud roads.

— At 10:20 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a structure fire at 66 S. Main St.
