CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Clarence Copley, 22, of Lexington, was charged Monday with second-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and failure to wear seat belt.

— Shemicha Clark, 27, of Lexington, was charged Monday with resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.

WINCHESTER

FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 9:59 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 846 Bypass Road.

— At 10:54 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 241 S. Highland St. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:18 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Pine Ridge Road for an investigation.

— At 10:47 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to The Woods Lane for an investigation.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Andrew Scott Castle, 35, was charged Monday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 1:12 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

— At 2:50 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft of items from a residence.

— At 10:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. for a counterfeiting complaint.
