Gray is set to be sentenced Oct. 17 in Clark Circuit Court.

According to court records, Gray was arrested Oct. 26, 2017, following a Kentucky State Police investigation. KSP detectives said they received a tip two months earlier from the National Center for Missing and Exploited children about an explicit image of a child which was posted online in a chat room.

Detectives determined the IP address used to post the image, which was registered to a customer at 419 E. Washington St. The chat room’s records showed the IP address was active when the image was posted in June 2017.

State police executed a search warrant at the residence and confiscated a cell phone, a laptop computer, two tablet computers and a hard drive as evidence.
