Health inspections for Aug. 10, 2019

The following health inspections were submitted Aug. 2, 2019, by the Clark County Health Department.

— Winchester 96 Truck Stop, 510 Rolling Hills Lane. 78 percent, person in charge does not demonstrate knowledge, employees cannot demonstrate knowledge, hands not properly washed, improper date marking, no consumer advisory. Follow-up 98 percent.

— Zenith Petroleum, 1330 Fulton Road, 95 percent.

— Taste of China, 600 Bypass Road, open coffee cup in food prep area, cleaner spray bottle unlabeled. Follow-up 94 percent.

— The Kroger Company, 1661 Bypass Road, 94 percent. Container without a straw in food prep area.  Follow-up 96 percent.

— Freeman Corporation, 415 Magnolia St., 97 percent. Leak at three-compartment sink, no response procedure for vomiting/diarrheal events. Follow-up 100 percent.

— Apple Market, 570 Van Meter Road, 98 percent for retail, 98 percent for food service. Leak at mop sink, broken tiles in food prep area.

— Wal-Mart Super Center, 1859 Bypass Road, 97 percent for food service, 98 percent for retail. Food over time limit for cooling stored in cooler, Gauges broken on dish machine, Leaks at hand sink and in A/C ceiling unit, buildup and paper trash on floor.
