A Clark County man facing multiple counts of incest and sodomy will likely serve one year on a reduced charge from a plea agreement.

Jeffrey Plunk, 56, of 273 Cole Road, was arrested in February on a sealed indictment from Clark Circuit Court charging him with four counts of incest, two counts of first-degree sodomy, two counts of second-degree sodomy and one count of third-degree sodomy.

The indictment listed four different victims and incidents between 2007 and 2016.
