CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Robert D. Jones, 40, of Clay City, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

— Christopher West, 44, of Clay City, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Christina Nolan, 45, of Four Mile Road, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, no insurance, no registration receipt and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Reports

— At 2:46 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 1291 Wades Mill Road for an alarm sounding. Someone broke into a garage but nothing appeared to be missing.

— At 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 500 Constitution Drive concerning a theft from a storage building.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 95 mile marker on Interstate 64.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 9:53 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1645 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 10 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident ner the 95 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 11:03 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to n alarm sounding at 250 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Helena Rose Fugate, 40, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 2:52 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 205 Winn Ave. for an alarm sounding.

— At 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 48 Jean Court for an investigation.

— At 9:51 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 261 Winn Ave. for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 12:41 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of a drill.

— At 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of two kayaks.

— At 11:54 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 360 S. Main St. concerning a theft of a tablet computer.

Accidents

— At 9:58 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 95 mile marker in which a vehicle driven by Ada Willoughby of 223 Blair Ave. spun on a wet road. A second vehicle, driven by Harold Johnson of Booneville, attempted to stop and was struck by a third vehicle, driven by Danny Goodman of Middlesboro. Goodman and Johnson were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center while Willoughby and her passenger Tammy Cain were transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
