— Mary Jade Shackelford, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing Sept. 19.

— Shandi R. McIntosh, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day probation with long term treatment, sentencing Sept. 19.

— Lloyd Thomas Shackelford, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing Sept. 19.

— Matthew T. Willoughby, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed.

— Justin A. Johnson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, recommended 60 days concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing Sept. 19.

— Stanley Primm, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (six counts), dismissed, defendant is deceased.

— Dewayne K. — Joshua A. Sparks, first-degree fleeing or evading police, sentenced to one year; second-degree burglary (three counts), sentenced to five years concurrent; possession of burglary tools, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year consecutive.

— Tiffanie M. Lohman, public intoxication, sentenced to 30 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for five years with drug court; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— Joseph L. — David Lyn Wafford, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, amended to possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, pleaded guilty, sentencing Nov. 7.
