— At 1:58 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 13583 Irvine Road concerning two people making threats against the caller.

— At 4:57 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 527 Acadia Way for a harassment complaint.

— At 12:19 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 504 Acadia Way for a harassment complaint.

— At 10:26 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 690 Sewell Shop Road concerning the theft of a post hole digger.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one overdose.

 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:08 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 140 Logan Lick Road for a tree in utility lines.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Charlotte Smith, 31, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Brittany N. Childers, 27, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— Melannie Shania Fraley, 20, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— Brett L. Turner, 59, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 10:07 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Charlotte Smith was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:54 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 58 N. Main St. concerning two women yelling at each other.

— At 1:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 4:23 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 129 Holly Ave. concerning stolen property.

— At 7:37 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 230 Elm St. concerning a possible bullet hole in a glass door.

— At 9 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 215 E. Broadway St. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 12:32 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 113 S. Main St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 1:23 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1478 W. Lexington Ave. for a fight in progress.

— At 3:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 4 Georgia St. concerning a stolen iPod.

— At 4:01 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 122 Finley Road concerning an assault.

— At 5:03 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 404 Colby Ridge Blvd. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 5:57 p.m. Wednesday, officers took  report concerning the theft of a cell phone and money.

— At 6:39 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1695 Bypass Road for an assault complaint.

— At 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Brittany Childers and Melannie Fraley were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
