CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Daniel Rhodus, 25, of Richmond, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Austin White, 21, of Lost Creek, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, receiving stolen property, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and expired operator’s license.

— Debbie Willis, 62, of Petersburg, Indiana, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and possession of open container in a motor vehicle.

— Amy Perry, 45, of Sharpsburg, was charged Sunday with disregarding a stop sign, no seat belt, operator’s license to be in possession, driving under the influence, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— Charles Robinson, 60, of Virginia, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 4:15 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Hall’s on the River, 1225 Athens Boonesboro Road, after someone found a handgun on the riverbank.

— At 10:50 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to Best Value Inn, 5100 Revilo Road, for a domestic disturbance. Daniel Rhodus was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:49 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 1445 Irvine Road concerning a loaded firearm found in the yard.

— At 7:43 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 4100 Rockwell Road concerning a theft from a storage unit including a stove and a hospital bed.

— At 2:14 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Lykins Park concerning a lost firearm.

Accidents

— At 9:22 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road in which Kyle Cook of Lexington said he was traveling north when he was forced off the road by another vehicle. Cook’s vehicle overturned. Cook was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 64 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, two seizures and one overdose.

— At 8:25 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 245 N. Main St.

— At 10:13 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 10 Mutual Ave. for a controlled burn. It was extinguished.

— At 5:48 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 114 Lindberg Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 8:38 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Fulton Road and Oxford Drive.

— At 3:15 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 146 Westside Drive.

— At 5:33 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an accident at 370 E. Washington St. where a vehicle struck a residence.

— At 10 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a stove fire at 23 Sixth St.

— At 8:54 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 10 Rowland Ave. for a gas leak.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:30 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Irvine Road.

— At 12:13 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Rockwell Road for an investigation.

— At 1:18 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 99 mile marker.

— At 9:22 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road.

— At 10:19 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Red River Road to assist another agency.

— At 7:09 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Casa Landa Way.

— At 9:52 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Creekside Lane for a report of downed utility lines.

— At 4:58 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 7:57 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted another agency with a call on Sir Edward Court.

Charged

— Richard Paul Bryant, 42, was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Randall Lee Curtis, 38, was charged Friday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Edith A. Gregory, 61, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— Sherry L. James, 42, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, driving under the influence and operating on a suspended operator’s license.

— Cody R. Jones, 27, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and one headlight.

— Daniel S. Lawson, 64, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and improper equipment.

— Samuel Blake Molen, 39, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

— Dylan W. Nicely, 24, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Brandi N. Parker, 35, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal trespass.

— Elizabeth Renee Perez-Rodriguez, 20, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Jesus Ramirez, 22, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication, resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

— Sean M. Segler, 52, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and careless driving.

— Natalie Ann Shearer, 55, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Michael James Wheatley, 45, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Calvyn L. Winston, 19, was charged Friday with first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and receiving stolen property (firearm).

— Jordan L. Wright, 19, was charged Friday with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— At 10:29 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 141 Alabama St. concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 11:40 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1113 Pioneer St. for a terroristic threatening complaint.

— At 2:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 21 N. Main St. concerning a stolen generator.

— At 5:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. The caller said the suspect had a gun. Dylan W. Nicely was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 5:27 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Hickman and Georgia streets concerning a suspicious person.

— At 5:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Lincoln and Flanagan streets concerning an assault.

— At 9:58 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 180 Westside Drive concerning a suspicious person.

Randall Curtis was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:47 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 60 N. Main St. for a fight in progress.

— At 1:50 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Clark County Community Services, 30 Taylor Ave., concerning a theft.

— At 2:18 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen camera and a chair.

— At 4:50 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.
