CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jamie Chambers, 40, of 543 Constitution Drive, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Tenslie Poe, 28, of Clay City, was charged Tuesday with rear license plate not illuminated and possession of marijuana.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 8:52 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire at 1452 Rolling Hills Lane. The fire was extinguished.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Ricky L. Carpenter, 53, was charged Tuesday with possession of a defaced firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

— Naomi R. Cole, 44, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Emmy Lou Horn, no age given, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana.

— Nicholas Ray Ritchie, 50, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 1:25 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 51 Buckner St. concerning a suspicious person. Randall Lee Curtis was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 1:43 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a person who stole a bag of ice. Michael James Wheatley was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 3:45 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 117 Cook Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance. Elizabeth Renee Perez-Rodriguez was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 6:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 299 S. Main St. concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 9:38 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault.

— At 10:17 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a missing handgun.

— At 10:26 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 795 Country Club Court concerning a stolen television.

— At 1:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1100 Enterprise Drive concerning a suspicious person. Samuel Molen was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

— At 4:57 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 17 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a prior domestic disturbance.

— At 6:55 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 430 Tremont Lane concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 11 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report for a vandalism complaint.

— At 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to East Broadway Street concerning a suspicious person behind a vacant house. Naomi R. Cole was arrested on multiple charges

— At 2:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a sexual assault.

— At 3:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 30 Oliver St. concerning an assault.

— At 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were notified of possible drug activity under the Washington Street bridge. Nicholas Ray Ritchie was arrested for first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Accidents

— At 8:38 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Fulton Road in which a vehicle driven by Edith Gregory of 1138 Dale Drive was traveling the wrong direction in the westbound lane and struck an oncoming vehicle, driven by Jaime Montalvo Garcia, head-on. Gregory was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of head pain. She was later arrested for driving under the influence. Garcia was also charged with driving without an operator’s license.
