CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— John C. Smith, 35, of 5916 Van Meter Road, was charged Wednesday with theft of a registration plate, driving under the influence, no registration receipt, no insurance, possession of marijuana, failure to wear seat belt, expired operator’s license, improper registration plate and failure to produce insurance card.
— John Hampton, 28, of Carrollton, Georgia, was charged Wednesday with speeding, reckless driving, no seat belt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.
— Mary Hampton, 49, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, was charged Wednesday with speeding, reckless driving, driving under the influence, no seat belt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Courtney Perkins, 28, of Sharpsburg, was charged Thursday with promoting contraband, possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— James C. Robinson, 28, of Winchester, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property.
— Glen Jenkins, 31, of 513 Edison Court, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault, first-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a summons and two warrants.
— Colby Terrell, 24, of 1124 Van Meter Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, no seat belt and careless driving.
— Thomas Kagin, 38, of 1429 Iron Works Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
— Adrian Williams, 21, of Clay City, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, failure to wear seat belt, improper use of electronic communications device and was served a summons.

— At 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to the Clark Clinic concerning a child bitten by a dog.
— At 12:03 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 305 Potomac Drive concerning a theft of jewelry.
— At 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Muddy Creek Road concerning a missing welder.
— At 12:09 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a possible motor vehicle accident at Go Time, 249 Van Meter Road. The vehicle, driven by James C. Robinson, had been reported stolen from Cynthiana. Robinson and Courtney Perkins were arrested on multiple charges
— At 7:51 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 107 Inverness Lane concerning a stolen package.
— At 4:16 p.m. Aug. 31, deputies were called to 307 Wayside Court concerning a theft of tools and jewelry.
— At 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 574 Little Stoner Road after a person was bitten by a dog.
— At 8:15 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 140 Log Lick Road concerning a phone scam.
— At 6:05 p.m. Sept. 4, deputies took a report concerning a child who was bitten by a dog at 314 Botts Court.
— At At 9:34 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 513 Edison Court concerning a person with a gun and an assault. Glen Jenkins was located later and arrested on multiple charges
— At 6:47 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1429 Iron Works Road for a domestic disturbance. Thomas Kagin was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:25 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 523 Constitution Drive after someone broke into a residence and took a television and a laptop computer.
— At 1:44 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 220 Logan Lick Road concerning an assault.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to four general medical calls, one overdose, one cardiac case and one diabetic case.
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, three cardiac cases and two respiratory cases.
— At 5:58 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.
— At 4:50 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a fuel spill at Main Street and French Avenue.
— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 27 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, five seizures and one overdose.
— At 12:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 12 Edgewood Drive. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:50 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 250 N. Main St.

— At 9:34 a.m Thursday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near 4200 Revilo Road.
— At 12:50 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fontaine Boulevard.
— At 10:33 a.m. Saturday firefighters responded to an injury accident at Rockwell Road and Rolling Hills Lane.
— At 12:32 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a fuel spill on Clintonville Road.
— At 12:16 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Dixiana Drive.
— At 1:27 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 7 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 10:06 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 2595 Muddy Creek Road for an investigation.
— At 7:22 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.

— James E. Drummond, 55, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Jimmy Carlton Griggs, 30, was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property.
— Mark P. Lewis, no age given, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication, second-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
— Ricky D. Walters, 36, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Ronald Dal Means, 59, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Accidents
— At 2:50 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an injury accident at 250 N. Main St. in which a vehicle driven by Teresa L. Hisle of 250 N. Main St. blew its left front tire. The vehicle then hit a utility pole and spun around the pole. Hisle and her two passengers, Megan L. Marion of Lexington and Chyenne Hisle of 250 N. Main St., were all transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
