CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Lacrecia Debord, 39, of Booneville, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
Reports
— At 12:40 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Nutter Taxi, 1145 Lafayette Blvd., concerning an employee theft.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to four general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two diabetic cases and one stroke.
— At 3:22 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Clark County firefighters with a call at 562 Miller Hunt Road.
— At 7:12 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Clark County firefighters with a vehicle fire at the 10 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 5:51 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 210 Whitney Court.
— At 8 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 24 Kittison Drive. It was a false alarm.
— At 8:56 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 225 W. Broadway St. It was a false alarm.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Cutberto Martinez Cruz, 32, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— George Lee Sexton, 51, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Roy L. Sizemore, 40, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property.
Reports
— At 6:35 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 134 Central Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 3:08 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, for a public intoxication complaint. George Lee Sexton was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 3:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft.
— At 3:33 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a lost wallet.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 10:32 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.
— At 12:24 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
