WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one stroke.

— At 7:02 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple and Washington streets.

— At 7:37 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:19 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire near the 89 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:13 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 4793 Rockwell Road.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 6:34 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 1220 Irvine Road concerning a theft of food.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michael Gibson, 42, was charged Wednesday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, failure to maintain insurance, no or expired registration plate, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a bench warrant.

— Steven Lynn Sams, 60, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
