Civitan football season underway

Civitan’s 2019 football season kicked off on Sunday with three games.
In the opener, the Bengals and the Steeler tied, 8-8.
The second game of the day was a Cowboys victory over the Redskins, 16-12.
The final game on Sunday was between the Packers and the Raiders, with a Packer win, 8-6.
Tuesday night saw two games, Bengals vs. 49ers and Cowboys vs. Raiders.
The Bengals won 14-6, with Jaden Hisle and Lake Cruse scoring touchdowns and Case Fithin scoring a two-point conversion.
The Cowboys beat the Raiders 12-0 in the second game.
Ja’Mylyn Johnson and CJ Thomas both scored a touchdown.
Games continue Sunday, Sept. 22 with kickoffs starting at 1 p.m.
