CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Adam Clem, 27, of Lexington, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 10:44 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 200 Maryland Ave. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:03 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Colby Road for a smell of gas in the area.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Nathaniel Clarke Allen, 35, was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card over $10,000.

— David Riley Caudill, 52, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

— Michael Wayne Caudill, 58, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and alcohol intoxication.

— Ashley Elizabeth Conner, 28, was charged Tuesday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jessica Nicole Smith, 29, was charged Tuesday with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

— Timothy Lee Stidham, 39, was charged Tuesday with failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

Reports

— At 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 30 Winchester Plaza after a child was found inside a running car.

— At 10:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.
