The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Oct. 3, 2019, with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.

— Earl Stephens, second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Kimberly A. McKinney, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Kimberly L. Henderson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Zackary D. Whalen, first-degree fleeing or evading police, dismissed.

— Nathaniel Parks, first-degree sexual abuse, sentenced to one year; first-degree sodomy, dismissed; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Jonathan Martin, first-degree sodomy, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Nov. 14.

— James Kevin Mills, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent, consecutive to first count; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 14.

— Mildred Campbell, probation violation, stipulated to facts, diversion revoked, sentenced to three years.

— Ronald L. McCarty, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation revoked, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Ernest L. Christopher, probation violation, stipulated to facts, probation revoked, sentenced to three years.

— Joshua Scott Tucker, probation violation, stipulated to facts, probation revoked, sentenced to three years.
