CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 1411 Old Ruckerville Road after someone broke into a residence and took a television.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:44 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 1625 Lillies Ferry Road.
— At 4:53 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Old Ruckerville Road.
— At 6:31 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Frito Lane.
— At 12:26 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 6 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 12:47 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jackson Ferry Road.
— At 7:02 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 780 L&E Junction Road for a tree in power lines.
— At 10:23 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 250 Oxford Drive after a vehicle struck a building.
— At 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 117 Boone Ave. for a pregnant animal rescue.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one stroke and one overdose.
— At 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an accident at 250 Oxford Drive when a vehicle struck a building.
— At 9:57 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St. It was a false alarm.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Donnie W. Martin, 35, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Anthony Steen Masciovecchio, 24, was charged Wednesday with menacing, second-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
— Robert Lee Sams, 45, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 8:58 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 629 Banana Drive for a property damage complaint.
— At 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 253 S. Highland St. concerning an assault.
— At 12:09 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning possible fraudulent checks.
— At 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road concerning a theft.
— At 5:02 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
— At 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Buckner and Broadway streets concerning the theft of a cell phone.
— At 10:41 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Buckner and Broadway streets concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 10:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen bicycle.
