CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Virgilio D. Lopez, 34, of Morristown, Tennessee, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, alcohol intoxication and third-degree assault.
— Logan Woods, 20, of 134 Buckingham Lane, was charged Friday with rear license not illuminated, driving under the influence, no seat belt, no proof of insurance and careless driving.
Reports
— At 1:34 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Comfort Road, Revilo Road, concerning a theft of money.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:52 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Kiddville roads.
— At 5:01 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Westchester Drive.
— At 5:21 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at the Clark County Board of Education, 1600 W. Lexington Ave.
— At 6:40 p.m. and 9:47 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with calls on Wills Rupard Road.

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one seizure.
— At 10:18 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2005 Fortune Drive. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:51 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motorcycle accident at Iron Works and Kiddville roads.
— At 4:59 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at West Lexington Avenue and Garner Street.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Anthony MacDonald, 33, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
— Tiffany R. Smith, 33, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reports
— At 9:17 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1305 Fulton Road concerning a stolen laptop.
— At 11:08 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 355 E. Washington St. for a property damage complaint.
— At 12:49 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.
— At 2:23 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Main and Depot streets for a harassing communications complaint.
