Now that Full Circle Market is 18, owner Laura Sheehan said it’s time to move out.

Full Circle Market is currently at 240 Redwing Drive but Sheehan will make the move up the road to Colby Ridge Shopping Center beginning Friday.

“It feels a little overwhelming but my customers and my staff have been so supportive,” Sheehan said.”so… just moving forward… we feel really good about it.”

The market will reopen Nov. 4 at its new location, 1988 Bypass Road, in the former Hart’s Dry Cleaner space.

Sheehan said it was time to move mainly because of the store’s growth, and the new location offers more exposure to people who may not know about her store.

“It was an opportunity to go somewhere different,” Sheehan said. “We weren’t really looking, but this opportunity opened up, and thought, ‘Why not?’”

The health food store will boast a new sign out front with its name Full Circle Market — Health foods and local goods.

Sheehan said the sign she has now does not have the store name so many of her customers just know it as the health food store.

“We hope to expand our customer base and get new customers,” she said. “And, of course, we want to increase what we’re doing and what we’re doing well.”

Sheehan said the store is staying true to its mission. Everything in the store is natural, which means no artificial colors, no artificial sweeteners or preservatives, no high fructose syrup, no MSG. The store will also keep serving food from its kitchen, such as its signature beer cheese.

“It’s really important we are sticking with that mission so that customers who come in don’t have to read labels,” Sheehan said. “They can know everything is clean and healthy.”

Sheehan opened the doors in June 2001 and has a loyal following from many surrounding counties.

She said it is nice to be able to serve customers looking at healthier and cleaner alternatives. The store sources local goods as much as it can and even boasts a Kentucky Proud section. Sheehan said all of her staff is from Clark County as well.

“We hope people want to support that,” she said.

Sheehan also plans to launch a patio area next year at the new location.

Full Circle Market’s schedule for the move is as follows:

— Wednesday, Oct. 30: closed

— Thursday, Oct. 31: closed

— Friday, Nov. 1: Rummage sale at the Redwing Drive location from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

— Saturday, Nov. 2: Rummage sale at the Redwing Drive location from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The rummage sale will feature 75 percent off general merchandise, three tables with everything less than $1, old fixtures, shelving, bookcases and a desk.

While the new location officially opens Monday, it will host a grand opening on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30. Sheehan said that day, the store will offer lots of samples, tastings, giveaways, new products and good sales.“It’s just going to be a huge grand opening,” she said.
