Local kids get out on the town for Halloween

Trick-or-treaters and parents alike shivered Thursday through Halloween MAIN-ia in downtown Winchester Thursday evening. The event occurred as scheduled, despite rain throughout the day, brisk winds and winter-like temperatures.
