— Jennifer Dawn Chavez, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days conditionally discharged with drug court.

— Ira B. Daugherty, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), waived indictment, transfer to circuit court.

— John Joseph Hampton, speeding, pleaded guilty, fined; reckless driving, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; failure to wear seat belt, pleaded guilty, fined; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, dismissed.

— Zachary Tyler Mackie, driving under the influence, waived indictment, transfer to circuit court; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, waived indictment, transfer to circuit court; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Adam S. Haggard, possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, one day.

— Joshua Hylton McIntosh, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, two days; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, two days concurrent; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, pleaded guilty, two days concurrent.

— Samuel B. Molen, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension.
