CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— John Sparks, 41, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, reckless driving and failure to produce insurance card.
— Cody Noble, 19, of 125 Bradley Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (second offense), reckless driving, no seat belt, fleeing or evading police and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
Reports
— At 4:56 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 508 Water Works Road after someone stole a wallet from a truck during the night and used the cards inside.
— At 4:22 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 487 Ecton Road after someone broke into a barn and took an all-terrain vehicle and tools.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:17 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Revilo Road.
— At 8:02 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Stuff Recycling, 6169 Lexington Road, for a possible fire. It was a controlled burn in a barrel.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 18 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and three respiratory cases.
— At 8:23 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 24 Winn Ave. It was a false alarm.
— At 10:22 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Holly Avenue.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Marlena Gail Abney, 43, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and resisting arrest.
— Evan Reed Lucas, 18, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.
Reports
— At 12:15 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 23 Buckner St. concerning a theft of tools.
— At 12:25 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning obtaining a restraining order.
— At 12:58 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a missing check.
— At 4:08 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 56 Lincoln St. after someone broke into a residence.
— At 9:21 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 546 Country Club Court concerning an assault. Evan Reed Lucas was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 11:03 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft of Mountain Dew by a white male who reportedly put the drinks down his pants.
