— Brett A. Allen, 29, of Cynthiana, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, resisting arrest, driving under the influence and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Brook N. McKinney, 30, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

— At 8:20 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 12:31 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 6:14 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Brook McKinney was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 8:30 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 9 Locust Drive after someone took packages from a residence.
