— Carlos A. Cruz Dominguez, second-degree burglary, first-degree indecent exposure, waived to grand jury.

— William Gross, first-degree promoting contraband, waived to grand jury.

— Brandie D. Harris, theft of identity, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days jail or rehab.

— Cierra Jordan, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days conditionally discharged.

— Malik Kenney, trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.

— Charles Oakley, flagrant non-support, amended to non-support, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 344 days conditionally discharged.

— Paul Prater, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.

— Mitchell Ray Stone, theft by unlawful taking, dismissed.

— James T. White, public intoxication, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.

— Ricky D. Willoughby, cultivating marijuana more than five plants, amended to less than five plants, pleaded guilty, 360 days conditionally discharged.
