— Jason A. — Ronnie Ellis, murder (two counts), amended to facilitation to commit wanton murder, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; sentencing March 5, 2020.
