— Dixie Rigney, theft by unlawful taking more than $10,000, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 (eight counts), merged and dismissed; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; second-degree forgery, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; sentencing Feb. 23, 2020.

— Daquan Dejon Johnson, importing carfentanil or fentanyl, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed in lieu of federal indictment.

— Melissa Shortridge, complicity to importing carfentanil or fentanyl, complicity to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed in lieu of federal indictment.

— Hazel McBride, probation violation, probation reinstated with outpatient treatment.

— Carla Nickell Spencer, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year, diverted for two years with probation, restitution.

— Albert Howard, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year, diverted for two years with probation, restitution.

— Ashley Harley, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Ira B. Daugherty, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Jan. 16, 2020.

— Latasha L. Conner, first-degree possession of a controlled substnace, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— James T. White, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment.

— Jeffrey S. Crowe, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment.

— Jason A. Martin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; driving under the influence (second offense), pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days in jail, 12-month license suspension, fines, with long-term treatment; sentencing Dec. 5.

— Ronnie Ellis, murder (two counts), amended to facilitation to commit wanton murder, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; sentencing March 5, 2020.
