CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 6:59 p.m. Dec. 4, deputies stopped a vehicle on Boonesboro Road for a suspected driving under the influence situation During a search, deputies found suspected drugs and cash. The driver, Anthony Gerald of Richmond, was arrested on multiple charges.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to seven general medical calls, one overdose and one seizure.

— At 7:08 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:55 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Bypass Road.

— At 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Moss Court.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Donella june Clem, 42, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.

— Tonya L. Keith, no age given, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Sherri Lynn Thornberry, 55, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with a prisoner monitoring device.

— Paul D. Walter, 50, was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of ID card for benefits and theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 135 Linden Ave. concerning a theft of an inflatable Santa and Christmas tree.

— At 8:02 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Tonya L. Keith was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.

— At 8:17 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen phone.

— At 10:09 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 516 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of jewelry.

— At 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St., concerning a theft from a vehicle.
