WINCHESTER  FIRE-EMS

— Over the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, four respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one stroke, two seizures, one overdose and two obstetrics cases.

— At 5:03 p.m. Saturday, emergency personnel responded to a wreck at the intersection of Bypass and Colby roads.

— At 7:02 p.m. Saturday, emergency personnel responded to a wreck at the intersection of Boone Avenue and Bypass Road.

— At 1:11 p.m. Sunday, emergency personnel responded to a wreck at the 96-mile marker of Interstate 64 east.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Christopher James Bullock, 24, was charged over the weekend with receiving stolen property under $500.

— Alicia Grace Byrd, 36, was charged over the weekend with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Anthony Craig Cross, 40, was charged over the weekend with operating on a suspended or revoked license, no brake lights and improper turning.

— Jason Bradley Eades, 47, was charged over the weekend with driving under the influence and failure or non-owner to maintain insurance.

— Marcus Allen Francis, 30, was charged over the weekend with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— Natasha Garcia, 42, was charged over the weekend with one headlight, no tail lamps, failure to notify of address change and failure of owner to maintain insurance.

— Kayo Ancel Gary, 35, was charged over the weekend with first-degree criminal trespassing and non-payment of court costs.

— Stephen Michael Green, 34, was charged over the weekend with first-degree criminal trespassing and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Cody Ryan Marcum, 29, was charged over the weekend with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Jerry Allen Miller, 32, was served a warrant for a probation/parole violation over the weekend.

— Penelope Powell, 43, was charged over the weekend with failure to appear.

— Ava Robinson, 23, was charged over the weekend with no tail lamps and failure of non-owner to maintain insurance.

— Jason Jerell Wakely, 35, was charged over the weekend with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 3:26 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 508 Colby Ridge Blvd. concerning a gun stolen from a truck.

— At 6:48 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 101 Sheffield Way concerning items stolen from a vehicle.

— At 3:52 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of a stolen package.
