CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Accidents
— At 7:41 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident at 5746 Iron Works Road in which Derek H. Fox of 2874 Pilot View Road said he was traveling west when he lost control in a curve. His vehicle struck a culvert and overturned before hitting a fence. A passenger, Shannon Brock of 2874 Pilot View Road, was ejected from the vehicle. Brock was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 5:46 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling and Goose Creek roads.
— At 7:41 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to six general medical calls, two cardiac cases, four respiratory cases and one seizure.
— At 5:46 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Mount Sterling and Goose Creek roads.
— At 7:42 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 5746 Iron Works Road.
— At 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Redwing Drive.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Melissa L. Kelly, 38, was charged Wednesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.
— Whitney Gale Tuttle, 26, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reports
— At 9:14 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 33 Holiday Road after two tires were flattened on a vehicle.
— At 10:39 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 113 S. Main St. concerning a woman making noise and setting the trash on fire.
— At 10:41 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 905 W. Lexington Ave. after someone attempted to break into a vending machine.
— At 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected theft. Brandi L. Garcia was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:06 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 9 Wilson Lane for a fight in progress. Amos Dwayne Gilliam was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft. Starla Nicole Caudill was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
— At 10:34 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of knives.
— At 6:06 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Washington and Second streets concerning a stolen vehicle.
Accidents
— At 12:03 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Tonya Ladd of 133 Andover Drive said she was approaching Redwing Drive as traffic slowed. She said she looked back at her child and rear-ended another vehicle, driven by Madison Thomas of 2647 Iron Works Road. A passenger in Ladd’s vehicle, Carter Richards of 133 Andover Drive, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of leg and knee pain.
