— Over the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 43 general medical calls, seven respiratory cases, nine cardiac cases, one diabetic case, one stroke, one seizure and five overdoses.

— At 7:22 a.m. Friday, emergency personnel responded to a monoxide detector sounding at 306 N. Main St. Columbia Gas was called.

Charged

— Adam C. Coomer, 31, was charged Saturday with operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt or failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance.

— Lacrecia L. Debord, 39, was charged Monday with leaving the scene of the accident (failure to render aid), driving on a DUI suspended license (first offense), operating a vehicle under the influence (first offense), first-degree wanton endangerment, driving without a license and failure of non-owner to maintain insurance.

— Jane Early, 36, was charged Monday with reckless driving, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle under the influence, prescription controlled substance not in the original container and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jasmine Fox, 31, was charged Monday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— Jarrid Hall, 39, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— Farrell Holder, 42, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Luther Keaton, 25, was charged Saturday with improper equipment, operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

— James Napier, 37, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, theft by deception (including cold checks) under $10,000 and theft of identity of another without consent.

— Hilda Smith, 59, was charged Monday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

— Roman Smith, 40, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Vickie Stacy, 45, was charged Saturday with second-degree disorderly conduct.

— Jason Stephens, 23, was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle under the influence.

— Vernon Watkins, 37, was charged Monday with operating on a suspended or revoked license and was served a warrant.

— At 4:24 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— At 6:21 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 31 E. Washington St. concerning tools and jewelry stolen from an apartment.

— At 11:49 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 194 Wabash Ave. after someone broke into an apartment and took several gift cards.

— At 2:42 p.m. Saturday, officers espied to 118 E. Robinson Court concerning a report of possible drug activity. The caller said an odor was coming from the basement that was burnin her eyes and her skin. She alleged her ex, who used to live in the basement, was making possibly making drugs down there.

— At 3:29 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to Pepper Alley and Sterling Street concerning an assault.

— At 4:59 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— At 8:18 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— At 9:20 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning someone attempting to break into vehicles.

— At 11:52 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1122 Dale Drive after the caller thought they heard someone else in the home.
