CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— David Morris, 31, of Carlisle, was charged Sunday with no registration plate, no registration receipt, no proof of insurance, no insurance, driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served two warrants.

— Christopher O’ Bryan, 29, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, careless driving, speeding and disregarding a stop sign.

— Sylvester Brown, 18, of Nicholasville, was charged Monday with first-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Mudanar K. Turley, 21, of 16 Fourth St., was charged Monday with speeding, reckless driving, disregarding a traffic control device, first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal mischief, receiving stolen property and possession of  handgun by a convicted felon.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Alissa Kaye Palmer, 54, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property more than $10,000.

— Crystal D. Shanks, 35, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception less than $500.

Reports

— At 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:24 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire near the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to four general medical calls.
