CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Andrew S. Tabor, 32, of 926 Hackberry Circle, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal abuse.

— Angela Tabor, 34, of 926 Hackberry Circle, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal abuse.

— Carl Hunt, 41, of Richmond, was charged Thursday with disregarding a traffic control device, no operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, giving an officer false identifying information and was served two warrants.

— Robbie Moore, 35, of Morehead, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, speeding, no seat belt, careless driving, no proof of insurance and no registration receipt.

— Bryan Larrison, 21, of 124 Sterling St., was charged Saturday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and no proof of insurance.

— Ernestine Cooper, 63, of Lexington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), reckless driving, no seat belt, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, operator’s license to be in possession, no insurance and no registration receipt.

— Joey Oney, 66, of Jeffersonville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), no seat belt, careless driving and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Reports

— At 7:03 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 125 Quail Ridge Road after two tires were cut on a vehicle.

— At 2:54 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 2387 Schollsville Road after someone broke into a rental property and took personal property.

— At 12:40 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 126 Summerhill Way concerning an emergency protection order.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one seizure and one stroke.

— At 1:15 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Interstate 64.

— At 10 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a natural gas leak at 104 Spruce Court.

— At 2:45 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 103 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 10:19 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident in the 2300 block of Iron Works Road.

— At 4:45 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Boonesboro Road and Edd Lane.

— At 1:14 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Pine Ridge Road.

— At 5:12 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fulton Road.

— At 11:17 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Four Mile Road.

— At 3:42 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Westwood Drive.

— At 1:37 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Sidwell Lane.

— At 4:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near Iron Works and Ecton roads.

— At 4:39 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

— At 4:08 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

— At 11:07 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding in the 400 block of Paisley Court.

— At 5 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 1:24 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Shannon L. Ayers, 46, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Stephen Charles Hollon, 55, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment and resisting arrest.

— Jessica A. Olinger, 37, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Reports

— At 10:26 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft of cash from the counter.

— At 4:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a person making threats.

— At 7:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 113 S. Main St. concerning a person causing problems. Jessica Olinger was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Accidents

— At 1:15 a.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on Maple Street near Interstate 64 in which a vehicle driven by Christopher Cruse of 6898 Paris Road appeared to have gone from the westbound on-ramp ad crossed all westbound lanes before hitting the center dividing wall several times. Cruse later told officers he did not remember anything after leaving work in Mount Sterling. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for treatment.
