CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Coty Sparks, 31, of Clay City, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jason Smith, 45, of Stanton, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, careless driving, rear license not illuminated, no operator’s license, possession of marijuana and was served two warrants.

— Tracy Dean Poe, 42, of 120 Holiday Road, was charged Thursday with criminal possession of a forged instrument (three counts).

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke and one obstetric case.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Shannon L. Ayers, 46, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Colby Alan Todd Cross, 24 was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana.

— Jarrius Malik Dixon, 21, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and failure to maintain insurance.

— Ridge Douglas Wilson, 32, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and tampering with physical evidence.

Reports

— At 3:51 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 8:23 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a scam.

— At 9:21 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 148 Shoppers Village Plaza for a fight in progress.

— At 11:59 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:22 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Skylark and Redwing drives for a smell of gas in the area.
