Kelly Morgan, 75, husband of Janice Evans Morgan, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020.

He was born in Clark County, KY, to the late Richard and Jessie Morgan. He was retired from Meritor/Rockwell. Mr. Morgan was a United States Army and Army Reserves veteran and a Kentucky Colonel. He was a member of the Kentucky Corps of Long Rifles and hand crafted his own long rifles. He loved hunting, fishing, golfing, and trap shooting. Kelly also enjoyed shooting on the Corps team for Kentucky Corps of Long Rifles.

In addition to his wife, he leaves behind two beloved daughters, Carol Lynn Tsiboukas and Kellie Renee Bullock; two grandchildren, Hannah Bullock and Andrew Kelly Tsiboukas; two sons-in-law, Ted Tsiboukas and Pat Bullock; and brother and sister-in-law, Russell and Charlotte Evans.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Linda Morgan Estill and Richard Morgan.

Services will be at 12:00PM, Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Ron Montgomery. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:30AM until time of service.
