CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Michael Ross, 43, of Jenkins, was charged Monday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served warrants.

— Ronald Styles, 42, of 126 Cook Ave., was charged Tuesday with careless driving, no seat belt, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no insurance, no registration receipt and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, five respiratory cases and one seizure.

— At 3:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Holly Avenue.

Charged

— Tiffany J. Carrington, 34, was charged Tuesday with one headlight, fugitive from another state, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Shawn Marie Caudill, 49, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

— Travis Lee Noble, 32, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Reports

— At 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a 15-year-old girl receiving explicit messages from an adult in Estill County.

— At 12:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 141 Bay Hill Drive concerning an identity theft complaint.

— At 12:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a false Social Security claim.

— At 2:04 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 7:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 630 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen PlayStation 4.
