Rheba J. Warner, 93

Mrs. Rheba J. Warner, 93, the widow of Melvin Warner Jr., passed away Friday, February 7, 2020 at Madison Health and Rehab in Richmond.

Mrs. Warner was born on November 24, 1926 in Clark County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John Franklin and Gertrude Thomas Johnson. She was a retired bookkeeper and was the retired business manager at Whitehall State Shrine. Mrs. Warner was a member of The Red House United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her son: Greg Warner; one niece: Rosemary Warner Campbell (Billie); one nephew: John Warner and a special friend: Ubelda Orchard.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Charles L. Johnson; two sisters: Betty Johnson Warner and Ruth Johnson and her favorite cat, Izzy.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Barnett officiating.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM on Tuesday prior to the service.

Honorary pallbearers are: Bob Richards, Billie Campbell, Ron Richards, Shirley Richards, Sandra Ray, John Warner, Jan Hendricks, Rick Graves, Rick Allen, Ruthie Humphreys, Carl Ashcraft and David Bush.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Red House United Methodist Church.
