Karen Ann Coffman Abney, 75, widow of Forest Ray Abney, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

A native of West Virginia, born June 20, 1944, to the late William Granville and Lillian Mae Yeater Coffman. She was retired from IBM.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Ray Abney of Winchester, KY and Bryan Abney of San Francisco, CA; daughters, Rita (Carl) Johnson of Indiana and Kimberley Abney of Oxford, OH; four sisters, Shirley Allen Hensley, Iris VanWagner Muia, Violet VanWagner Escobar and Gail Allen Gillette; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her foster parents, Henry and Ruby Miles Allen.

Services will be at 2:00PM, Friday, February 14, 2020 at Scobee Funeral Home by Dr. Ed Mesta. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1:00PM until time of service.
