CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Katresa Carter, 46, of 217 Whitney Court, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— Coy Speer, 35, of Mount Sterling, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, no seat belt, no insurance, driving under the influence and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one respiratory case.

— At 7:03 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 3:01 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 622 Colby Road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:06 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64.

— At 3:13 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Colby Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Isaiah B. Fletcher, 33, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 7:36 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft. Isaiah B. Fletcher was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:27 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 10:29 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a possible fraudulent check.

— At 10:42 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen video game system.

— At 10:48 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 12:11 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1320 Bypass Road after someone broke into a unit and stole two televisions, a couch and boxes.

— At 8:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 18 Magnolia St. concerning a theft from a garage.

— At 11:47 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.
