Charged

— Joseph Edmonson, 22, of Bath County, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, no insurance, one headlight, speeding, reckless driving, no registration plate and improper signal.

Reports

— At 2:19 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 140 Shanahan Lane concerning a bank card being used without permission.

— At 4:49 p.m. Feb. 3, deputies were called to 845 Water Works Road concerning a stolen trailer.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wades Mill Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, three seizures, one stroke, one overdose and one obstetric case.

— At 5:23 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Holly Avenue.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Carlton Jacob Nickell, 25, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 11:37 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning theft involving a suitcase.

— At 3:49 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of medication, change and cigarettes.

— At 8:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 137 E. Broadway St. for a fight in progress.
