Ruth G. Davis, 90, wife of Frankie Davis, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born in Estill County, KY, on July 14, 1929, to the late Walter and Maggie Gross Estes. Mrs. Davis was retired from Winchester Clothing, where she worked for more than 30 years. She was a member of Gideons International Auxiliary for 30 years and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church for 65 years.

In addition to her loving husband of 65 years, she is survived by two sons, Jim (Ruth Ann) Davis and Walter (Cherie) Davis; five grandchildren, Wes (Sarah) Davis, Dusty (Heather) Davis, Amver Cole, Rachel Thomas and Gail Bryan; great grandchildren, Brantley Davis, Willa Ruth Davis and Evelyn Davis; brother-in-law, Ken (Susan) Davis; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Beverly and Charlie Estes.

Services will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, February 26, 2020 by Pastors Ron Lutes and Kevin Parido at Scobee Funeral Home. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery. Nephews and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be David Woosley, members of Trinity United Methodist Church and Gideons International.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 5:00-7:00PM and from 9:00AM until time of service of Wednesday.
