Charged

— Thomas William Barrett, 32, was charged Wednesday with flagrant non-support.

— Pamela Carter, 37, was charged Wednesday with improper equipment and operating a vehicle on an expired license.

— Angela Gayle Felts, 30, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Sarah King, 18 was charged Wednesday with no or expired registration plates and failure of non-owner to maintain insurance.

— James Oakley, 27, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Eric Twigg, 41, was charged Wednesday with failure to or improper signal, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain required insurance and no or expired registration plates.

Reports

— At 7:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 111 Dixon Way concerning an overdose.

— At 8:24 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded 20 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, one seizure and one stroke.

— At 12:36 p.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to a false alarm sounding at 21 Alfan Court.

— At 3:17 p.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at 219 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 3:47 p.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at Main Street and Belmont Ave.

— At 11 p.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to a false alarm sounding at 225 Oxford Drive.

— At 2:34 a.m. Thursday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at the 101-mile marker of Interstate 64.
