CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Dana L. Fultz, 45, of Morehead, was charged Monday with reckless driving, failure to use turn signal (two counts), no seat belt, fleeing or evading police, criminal mischief, driving under the influence, speeding and resisting arrest.

— Jonathan Harrison, 29, of Stanton, was charged Sunday with possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case, five respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one stroke.

— At 3:43 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding t 209 Alfan Court. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michael Dewayne Ritchie, 44, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Ricky J. Sellers, 42, was charged Monday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and no or expired registration plate.

— Antonio Vargas, 38, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

— At 10:01 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 102 Bane Place concerning a theft of tools and materials.

— At 10:16 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a video posted online about sexual content occurring on school property.

— At 10:51 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1020 Bypass Road concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:58 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1661 Bypass Road concerning a stolen truck.

— At 5:33 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a stolen package.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:03 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Vernon Drive.

— At 10:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road.

— At 8:21 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted Powell County firefighters with a structure fire.

— At 9:49 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a call.

— At 4:16 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted Powell County firefighters with a structure fire.

— At 8:18 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a possible structure fire on Autumn Court.

— At 9:03 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rennick Station Road and Van Meter Road.

— At 1:50 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Old Boonesboro Road.
