CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Ronnie Fox, 64, of 220 Oxford Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Selena Kaczynski, 19, of 260 Oxford Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 10:02 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to I-64 Tractor, 3400 Revilo Road, concerning a theft.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one overdose.

— At 3:46 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boonesboro Road and Bob-O-Link Drive.

— At 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Washington and Highland streets.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm sounding at GenCanna, 4274 Colby Road.

— At 3:47 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Boonesboro Road.

— At 7:17 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Bunker Hill Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Gary W. Hall, 38, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault, terroristic threatening, second-degree strangulation and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 11:09 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 100 Vaught Road for a terroristic threatening complaint.

— At 12:59 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 49 Madison Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 2:39 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 114 Andover Driver concerning a person forcing their way into a residence.

— At 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Lowe’s, 1221 Bypass Road, after a woman passed a note saying she was scared for her life. Gary W. Hall was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:49 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 15 Sterling St. for a stalking complaint.
