WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and five respiratory cases.

— At 11:48 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Moundale Avenue.

— At 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Joshua McIntosh, 37, of 13015 Iron Works Road, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belt, careless driving and possession of marijuana.

Reports

— At 5:53 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5400 Revilo Road concerning a stolen van.

— At 10:33 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5400 Revilo Road concerning unauthorized charges on a credit card.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Paris Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jeremiah Taulbee, 35, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property.

Reports

— At 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1971 Muddy Creek Road concerning a theft of documents from a vehicle.

— At 10:42 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person filing for unemployment using the caller’s information.

— At 11:49 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 2:52 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft on Jan. 31.

— At 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 4:44 p.m.  Tuesday, officers were called to 17 Cleveland Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

Accidents

— At 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Moundale Avenue in which Jonathan T. Curry of 151 Cherokee Drive was turning left from South Main Street while avoiding a stopped tractor-trailer and collided with another vehicle, driven by Harold E. Campbell of 1107 Westwood Drive. Campbell was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
