The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court March 12, 2020, with Judge William Engle presiding.

— Timmy W. Isaacs, first-degree arson (two counts), amended to third-degree arson, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent with restitution, sentencing May 14.

— Alisha D. Brooks, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, diverted for three years, sentencing May 14.

— Michael Sallee, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing May 14.

— Shane Patrick Smith, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed.

— Nash Robinson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; sentencing May 14.

Smith, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; sentencing April 16.

— Jordan Wright, complicity to commit trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, dismissed; sentencing April 16.

— Calvyn Winston, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, dismissed; sentencing April 16.

— Jonathan Bryan Turner, driving under the influence (fourth offense), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year and one day; leaving the scene of an accident, amended to failure to fiel report, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, dismissed; sentencing April 16.

— Naomi R. Sons, first-degree promoting contraband, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; sentencing April 16.

— John Murray, first-degree sexual abuse (three counts), sentenced to one year concurrent.
