Charged

— Chitina Martin, 53, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Jessica A. Olinger, 38, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, resisting arrest and menacing.

Reports

— At 2:21 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a television, phone and knife from a residence on Lincoln Street.

— At 12:07 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 849 Bypass Road for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 6:24 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 23 Wheeler Ave. for a theft of money.

— At 10:48 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 675 Market St. concerning a person damaging a vehicle.

— At 10:31 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 226 C.G. Stephenson Drive concerning a lost or stolen wallet.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and two seizures.

— At 2:21 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 108 Sycamore St. for a utility room fire.

— At 6:10 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass and Fulton roads.
