The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court March 19, 2020, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Stephanie A. Eversole, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with drug court.

— Stephanie Eversole, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with drug court, concurrent to previous case.

— Casey J. Larrison, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, sentenced to five years, probated for two years.

— Christopher Clay Adams, violation of conditions of release, probated for three years.

— Jamie Sosby, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years, probated for two years; sale or transfer of simulated controlled substance, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Israel A. Harris, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— Jason J. Wakeley, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation reinstated with long-term treatment. (two cases)

— Adam Mitchell, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
