WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one stroke.

— At 1 p.m., firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Maple Street.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:32 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Morris Road.

— At 1:02 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Randi Jean Parison, 56, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Reports

— At 4:19 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 90 Tyler Banks Court concerning a person making threats and stealing property.

— At 7:04 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 12 Hughes Ave. concerning a person making threats. Randi Jean Parison was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:51 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

— At 10:22 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 111 Jefferson St. concerning a stolen video game system.

Accidents

— At 12:55 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Maple Street in which Dana Neal of Mount Sterling was stopped at a traffic light. Her vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle, driven by Cora Kretzer of Mount Sterling. Neal was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of facial pain.
