WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one overdose.

— At 11:47 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 150 Maryland Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 2 p.m., EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the eight-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 3:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Codella Drive.

 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:38 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Boonesboro and Old Boonesboro roads.

— At 12:39 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on McClure Road.

— At 1:59 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 8 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— William Robert Scott, 29, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 12:54 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 313.5 E. Washington St. concerning the theft of a television.

Accidents

— At 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident at Super Shine car wash on Codella Drive. As the vehicle, driven by 73-year-old Leonard H. Shields of 141 Summerhill Way, exited the building, it missed a curve, went over a curb and struck a light post. Shields was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
