WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, two cardiac cases and two respiratory cases
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one seizure.
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one stroke.
— At 7:32 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 19 Wainscott Ave. It was a false alarm.
— At 9:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 137 E. Broadway St. for a Dumpster fire.
— At 9:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 10 Canary Lane for a smell of gas.
— At 12:57 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 160 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm
— At 11:10 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 18 Bel Air Drive. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:03 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on North Middletown Road.
— At 4:24 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jackson Ferry Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Kymberly Rachelle Downs, 34, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking, third-degree criminal trespassing and was served a probation violation warrant.
— Timothy Scott McIntosh, 39, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespassing.
— Isaiah Brock Fletcher, 33, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal mischief.
— Michael R. Ratliff, 38, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 2:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Kymberly Rachelle Downs was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 7:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 447 Chaucer Court concerning a woman throwing glasses.
— At 8:08 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 40 Flanagan St. for a property damage complaint.
— At 8:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 235 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 40 French Ave. after someone broke into a trailer during the night and took several items.
— At 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 109 Franklin Ave. for a theft of medication.
— At 12:22 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 91 Jefferson St. after multiple items were removed from a vehicle in storage.
